About Me

I'm a junior front-end developer in Cincinnati (Go Bengals! Bengals football team logo) with a desire to learn and grow my programmming skills. Since 2020 I have been learning HTML, CSS, and Javascript and recently I have been increasing my React and Firebase skills. I'm excited to work with a team that will challenge me to learn more and become a better developer.

One of my most indepth projects is #VANLIFE. It's a responsive site where you can look through a list of vans available for renting and even login (email - b@b.com, password - p123) to see the vans that you are selling. This site uses Firebase and routing with React.

If you are using Developer mode in chrome extensions you can import files and make personal extensions. I used it to make my own Chrome Homepage when a new tab is created. With the use of API's I can keep an eye on stocks, current temperature, weather as well as have frequently visited links displayed right infront of me. An API chooses a random background image from Unsplash based on keywords I give it for a pleasent viewing experience.

There is one common issue I come across when developing a site or working on almost any project and that is what colors should I use? If I have a color already my question is, what are some other colors that go with it? There are a lot of sites you can go to that have color palettes but it's more impressive to make and use your own color palette generator.
